Troop Fundraising

Fall Product Program 2025 dates:​

​

  • Wednesday, Aug. 20 - TFM and IRM Fall Training launches in gsLearn

  • Monday, Sept. 29 - Fall product program begins

  • Wednesday, Oct. 22 - Last day for online orders and SUFC review deadline

  • Saturday, Nov. 8 - Delivery day

  • Sunday, Nov. 30 - Funds due in troop bank account by end of business day

  • Monday, Dec. 1 - Troop paperwork due to SUFC

Our council offers 2 fundraising opportunities:

 

 

Troop requirements for both Cookie and Fall Program:

 

  • Troops must have a Wells Fargo or new Mission Fed account set up through Girl Scouts

  • Continuing troops must have turned in their previous year's financials

  • All participating girls must be registered Girl Scouts

 

Council's fundraising guidelines:

 

  • If troops want to do fundraising other than GS products, they must participate in both the Fall Program and the Cookie Program

  • If troops participate in the Fall Program, they must participate in the Cookie Program

  • Troops participating in the Cookie Program don't have to participate in the Fall Program

  • For fundraisers beyond the Fall and Cookie Programs (i.e. garage sales, car washes, bake sales, etc.), a Money Earning Project Application must be submitted 4 weeks in advance, with the exception of Recycling projects; information and suggestions are found in the application

  • Troops are not required to do any fundraising
